It is said that only people with merit can reincarnate in paradise, not Mahayana Buddhism like in Japan.

Therefore, it is common for Thai people to "tambun" (accumulate merit).

Because of this different faith and education from Japan, I have a strong desire to respect the elderly and older people and help those in need .
